I offer counselling services for individuals seeking support with mood disorders (such as anxiety, depression and Bipolar diagnosis), emotion regulation, stress management, relationship issues, attentional issues, low self-concept and parenting issues. My office is conveniently located in Toronto's West end near Ossington subway station.

Compassionate, Caring, Collaborative & Client-Centered Psychotherapy

My philosophy of practice is based in the understanding that each individual has innate wisdom that supports their personal healing and well-being. My role as a therapist is to guide the self-discovery process and to work together with clients to uncover new insights and coping strategies from a caring and compassionate perspective. I draw upon a range of therapeutic modalities including, emotion-focused and trauma-informed approaches, internal family systems (IFS), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. I am also deeply Influenced by my training and interest in Yogic Philosophy and Buddhist Psychology. My therapeutic approach is customized to the unique needs of each client.
